July 10: DPG Grassroots Organizing Training - The Democratic Party of Georgia will host organizing training for candidates, counties, and enthusiastic volunteers. Candidate specific training will run from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. General organizing training will begin at 10 a.m. and run until 4 p.m. with a one hour break for lunch. Lunch is on your own. July 24: County Caucus to select delegates to the State Convention. All are welcome to attend, IBEW Training Center, 1046 Patterson Street.

August 5: "First Thursday" Happy Hour from 5:30 - 7:00 pm at Market City Cafe downtown (corner of Cherry and Third Streets). Special guest is Joe Martin, candidate for State School Superintendent.

August 10: General Primary Runoff

August 12: Caucus to elect voting members of the Bibb County Democratic Party. 6:00 pm in Classroom B of the Mercer Law School, 1021 Georgia Avenue. The caucus is open to all Democrats who are registered voters in Bibb County.

August 14: State Democratic Party Convention in Athens. More information is available here.

September 2: "First Thursday" Happy Hour from 5:30 - 7:00 pm at Market City Cafe downtown (corner of Cherry and Third Streets).

October 4: Last day to register to vote in General Election

October 7: "First Thursday" Happy Hour from 5:30 - 7:00 pm at Market City Cafe downtown (corner of Cherry and Third Streets).

November 2: General Election
