We are a group of concerned citizens working to improve the quality of life in Macon and Bibb County. Democrats include people from all walks of life who are united in the belief that good government depends on the active involvement of all citizens. Fiscal responsibility, effective and responsible national defense, civil rights, environmental protection, quality public education, health care access, veterans' concerns and workers' rights are only a few of the issues that Democrats continue to champion.

First Thursday!

Join us on the first Thursday of each month from 5:30-7:00 pm for First Thursday Happy Hour at Market City Cafe. Market City is at 502 Cherry Street, on the corner of Cherry and Third Streets in downtown Macon. We may invite special guests from time to time, but the aim is to keep it casual and unstructured. Come downtown and join the fun!
